Order Process and Delivery Time
Once an order is placed, we will begin preparing the materials and starting production. This process typically takes 7-10 working days. The courier will then be dispatched promptly and delivery usually takes around 2 weeks, although this may vary by country. If you have any special requests regarding delivery or arrival dates, please inform us when placing your order so we can assist you.
Cancellation of Ordered Products
Once an order is confirmed, we will initiate the backorder process and unfortunately cannot accept cancellations. If there are any changes required for your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Please note that we are unable to make changes to order details such as size or color once the order has been confirmed.
Customs Duty
There are no customs duties on products purchased from our site, except for residents of Brazil.
